Your role will be responsible for:

Maximising investment returns and minimising risk through strategic leasing plans.
Collaboration with the broader management team to enhance retail offerings, creating a vibrant and diverse shopping experience.
Engaging the wider team to meet expectations and KPIs.
Balancing competing priorities related to time, cost, risk, and quality.
Leadership and development of direct report.
