As the Senior HR Advisor you will provide operational and strategic HR support and guidance across the corporate and site teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce. You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies across key functions, including learning & development, talent management and acquisition, performance management and remuneration & benefits.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Act as a trusted Business Partner on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, performance management, talent and rem & benefits
- Drive leadership development and learning & development initiatives across the business
- Optimize use of the HRIS platform (SuccessFactors) to ensure accurate data management and streamlined processes
- Collaborate with leadership to support organisational goals and workforce planning
- Provide mentorship and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
About you:
- Significant experience in a Senior HR role within the mining & resources sector
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline
- Solid exposure to leadership development, HRIS platforms and Business Partnering
- Proactive team player who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement
