Commencing in Term , this position offers a unique blend of classroom teaching and student case management of students with additional challenges. Our Trinity Educational Support Services (TESS) faculty is highly successful and committed to student-centered practice. Advocating for, and working with our students with additional needs, both in gifted and support, this role combines case management, co-teaching, and teaching of small groups with a strong focus on growth and a desire to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
The role will offer flexibility between teaching and case management of Secondary students. Whilst there is adequate work to support a full-time appointment we are also open to a part-time arrangement, as Trinity is a Family Friendly accredited organisation that values and supports positive work-life balance.

Successful candidates will have….
- · Formal teaching qualifications in Teaching (with a preferred specialism in Learning Support)
- · A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a classroom setting
- · Experience in managing students on Individual Learning Plans (or willingness to learn)
- · Current registration with NESA
- · A valid NSW Working with Children Check number
- · Current First Aid certificate with CPR
This role will attract a salary of $94,402 – $133,748 plus 11.5% superannuation dependent upon the candidates NESA Accreditation Level (Provisional/ Proficient/ Experienced Teacher).
