About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, youll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service by:
- Scheduling and managing painters and plasterers appointments.
- Communicating effectively with trades.
- Reviewing trades reports and submitting them to clients.
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and clients.
- Preparing and submitting job costings to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and contractors regarding insurance claims.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with:
- Experience in the insurance building industry (highly desirable).
- Previous scheduling experience.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to process changes.
- A proactive mindset and the drive to excel in a KPI-driven environment.
