About the Client:

About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Scheduler Execution to join our esteemed client’s team, based on site. This position is FIFO from Perth on a 5:2, 4:3 roster for a 9 month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage a 12-week rolling schedule for Rail Maintenance activities.
- Ensure all required parts, access clearances, and crew capacities are available and approved.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate system changes or unexpected deviations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm resource availability and approvals.
- Support the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of maintenance works.
- Regularly review and refine the schedule to reflect updated priorities and feedback.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in planning or scheduling, ideally within a rail or maintenance environment
- Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using SAP or similar scheduling systems (highly regarded)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work delivery
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
