The Risk & Quality Advisor Assurance and Compliance is Primarily responsible for maintaining our accreditation against different frameworks.

Key Daily Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and conduct internal risk-based audit activities in accordance with the Three Lines Model of Assurance to support assurance of legislative, regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements. This would include the development and review of audit tools as required.
  • Use the assurance model to identify potential or actual practice gaps and practice improvement opportunities.
  • Prioritise, design, implement and monitor quality and practice improvement activities including on site activities, leader inductions to the safety and quality team and practice forums.
  • Monitor and report on feedback, quality, and risk activities, analysing trends and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to the development of reports to support risk and quality performance outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure organisational compliance.
  • Provide consultancy services regarding feedback, risk, and quality management matters.

About you:

  • Demonstrated technical skills in risk and quality management, preferably in the human services sector.
  • Experience in risk and/or quality field with the ability to audit compliance with legislation and standards.
  • Understanding of quality accreditation processes, business excellence, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong analytical ability with the skills to manipulate data and prepare concise, credible recommendations.
  • Positive attitude towards people with disabilities and mental ill health, aligned with Multicap Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) or willing to obtain
