CoreStaff are recruiting on behalf of our client within the renewable energy sector for SAA Solar and Battery Installers to join their team on a permanent basis.
Requirements
- SAA Solar Accreditation
- Current A grade electrical license
- Working at Heights
- White Card
- Full Australian work rights
- Australian Driver’s License
Skills and Experience
- High risk work license class (WP) is advantageous.
- SAA Battery Accreditation is strongly advantageous.
- CPR certification (within 3 years) will be advantageous.
- Previous combined Solar & Battery Installation experience will be advantageous.
- Previous experience working on Alpha ESS, Sigenergy and Redback Technologies hybrid systems will be advantageous.
- Be capable of working within a team and supervising an apprentice or trade assistant.
Package
- $65 – $75 per hour penalties overtime.
- $10k sign on bonus and $10k bonus on completion of first 15 Installs.
- Generous bonuses per installation completed = opportunity to double your hourly rate.
- Company provided Milwaukee power tools.
- Take home maintained work vehicle with fuel card.
- Laptop/Tablet/Phone.
- Allowance for your own solar battery or battery only system.
- Already have an apprentice you like? If they’re a good fit, we will happily take them onboard.
