Unite Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced ROM Loader Operator for a fast-paced mining operation based in Kalgoorlie. This is a residential opportunity offering consistent hours, strong weekly earnings and long-term potential.

- $65 per hour paid weekly
- 87.5 hours per week
- Gross earnings of $5, per week
- 2/1 roster 1 week dayshift, 1 week nightshift
- Ongoing works with high potential for permanency
- Transport provided to and from site
- Kalgoorlie-based role be home every night
The Role
- Operating WA600 & WA900 Loaders in a ROM environment
- Feeding the crusher and managing ore flow
- Pushing up ore deliveries and maintaining stockpiles
- Working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Maintaining strict safety and production standards
Requirements
- Must be a Kalgoorlie resident
- Proven experience operating WA600 & WA900 Loaders in mining/ROM environments
- Loader & Excavator tickets
- National Police Clearance
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen
- White Card
- Strong safety mindset and production focus

- Production-driven and reliable operator
- Comfortable working around crushers and ROM pads
- Able to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong communication and site awareness
