About the role:
We are seeking a Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator to join us at our Riverina Hub. You will be the first point of contact for the hub and provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.
You will also:
- Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
- Be the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation, you will demonstrate your expertise in client service and administration by managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as planning and coordinating events, managing the centres social media, assisting with workshops, functions, seminars and visitor meetings.
- Monitor multiple calendars, handles correspondence or enquiries, and ensures timely follow-up on behalf of the Centre Manager.
- Participate in internal and external working groups to achieve organisational objectives and outcomes for veterans and their families.
About you:
- Primarily, an empathetic, altruistic, and caring demeanour and approach, with a genuine passion for Veterans and their families.
- Strong event management skills and experience
- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent communications skills and attention to detail with proven administrative skills.
