Restoration Technician

With offices nationwide, we provide critical restoration and repair services in response to disasters and catastrophic events, including flood, fire, water, mould, and storm damage.

We are currently seeking a Restoration Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

As a Restoration Technician, you will be part of a skilled team providing essential restoration services for properties affected by disasters. Your role will be hands-on, diverse, and rewarding, with opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct emergency make safe works to prevent further damage
• Assess and report damage, preparing detailed reports and quotations
• Carry out mould remediation, water restoration, structural drying, and fire damage cleaning
• Operate specialised restoration equipment
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including insurers, loss adjusters, and clients
• Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
• Be available for after-hours and weekend work on a rotating roster
• Regional and interstate travel may be required during major events

What Were Looking For

• Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning preferred
• Background in restoration, cleaning, carpet cleaning, building trades, or remediation highly regarded
• Experience in carpet laying, bond cleaning, or general trade work is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Valid Drivers License and ability to obtain a Police Check
• Current White Card
• Current Blue Card
