What We’re Looking For:
- Pre-Opening Expertise: Your ability to set the stage for success is essential. From recruitment to operational setup, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless opening experience.
- Fine Dining Credentials: You’ve honed your skills in hatted, Michelin-starred, or comparable fine-dining environments, ensuring an elevated guest experience. Experience in a similar concept is beneficial but not required.
- Leadership Excellence: Your ability to inspire and manage a team will be key to delivering exceptional service.
- Financial Control: Deep knowledge of budgets & costs to run a profitable operation whilst achieving the balance of exceptional service delivery.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or fine dining setting.
- Strong operational knowledge, with a focus on guest experience, team development, and financial performance.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, with a talent for curating unforgettable dining experiences.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
