Repair Centre Supervisor

Our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology and due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee our Repair Team located in Homebush.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daytoday operations of the robotic vacuum repair centre, ensuring fast, highquality turnaround
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of repair technicians
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues across multiple robotic vacuum models
• Implement and refine repair workflows, quality checks, and safety procedures
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warranty teams to keep repairs moving smoothly
• Track KPIs, repair volumes, parts usage, and reporting metrics
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workshop environment
• Provide handson technical support for complex or escalated repairs

What You Bring

• Experience in electronics repair, mechatronics, robotics, or a related technical field
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a workshop, repair centre, or service environment
• Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
• Ability to coach and motivate a team while maintaining high standards
• Familiarity with smarthome devices (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
