The position:
- Prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests
- Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies
- Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create specials outside the regular menu cycle
- Manage the expectations of both clients and diners
The person:
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Australian Trade Certification or a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with an eagerness to learn
- Have the ability to work in a team environment
