Rehabilitation Civil Supervisor

The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our growing client, Techforce Personnel are recruiting a Supervisor to join our client in their waste management team in WA on mining sites. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team with a great team culture and grow with future opportunities


The ideal candidate will:

• Oversee and manage operations related to scrap steel handling and material processing.
• Supervise teams working with excavators, material handlers, and assorted attachments.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflow to meet operational targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Provide leadership and support to onsite teams, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
• Report and liaise with management regarding progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Must be BHP Inducted (Highly preferred).
• Prior experience in the scrap steel industry or heavy machinery operations (excavators, material handlers, attachments).
• Minimum mining industry experience required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in a high-risk environment and follow strict safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to commit to a 2:1 FIFO roster.
