THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role is providing recruitment support across several sites within the business. You must be able to work effectively in a small team environment with changing requirements and swift delivery timeframes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advertising vacancies and managing applications
- Recruitment of trades persons, machine operators and transport personnel
- Carrying out thorough face to face interviewing and background checks
- Liaising with site management and mobilisation team
- Preparing employment offers/contracts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous recruitment experience
- A sound knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised and work within a team with others
