What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing skilled candidates across construction trades roles
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
• Providing market insights and excellent customer service
• Growing an established workforce

 

 

What We’re Looking For

• Background in civil construction, infrastructure, commercial construction, or similar technical sectors
• Recruitment experience is beneficial — but not essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self‑driven, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Computer skills to maximise productivity
