About you

The background and industry you come from aren’t important to us, what is important is that it is a sales background. We need you to be able to talk on the phone and in person, communicate effectively, sell, work hard, achieve results, exceed targets, be a great team player and have fun whilst working with our great team of people. We are open to looking at people with some recruitment experience and we are also happy to look at those who don’t – what we are looking for is a strong sales drive, self-motivation, drive to succeed, genuine team player, easy to get along with AND that X Factor. We are a friendly, dynamic and fun organisation and we are after a particular type of person

  • You are results-focused and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • NO, is not in your vocabulary, you are a determined and persistent individual
  • You revel and thrive in a people-focused sales role with targets and KPI’s
  • You are fun, enthusiastic, and have high energy and vitality for everything you do
  • You thrive on successful outcomes and celebrating wins
  • You are very confident with being on the phone and building relationships… fast!
  • The speed and efficiency of your work style allows you to get the best results
  • You are a proficient technology user
  • You have experience in working toward sales targets and KPI’s
