Recruitment and Mobilisation Advisor

  • Recruitment and Mobilisation experience required
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment and mobilisation and a degree in Human Resources to meet current & future project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for blue-collar positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilise recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidates.

Mobilisation

  • Support mobilisation requirements for each project executed.
  • Participate in effectively managing travel, accommodation and journey planning for all SMS Group projects.
  • Support all mobilisation activities aligned with compliance, employment legislation and SMS policies.

Reporting

  • Ability to produce accurate reports and keep records across various platforms.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the HR Manager.
