- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for blue-collar positions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilise recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidates.
Mobilisation
- Support mobilisation requirements for each project executed.
- Participate in effectively managing travel, accommodation and journey planning for all SMS Group projects.
- Support all mobilisation activities aligned with compliance, employment legislation and SMS policies.
Reporting
- Ability to produce accurate reports and keep records across various platforms.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the HR Manager.
