The Position:

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Recruitment Administrator. We are looking for a committed team player to join our expanding department. 

Requirements: 

  • Some understanding of the challenges associated with the mining industry.
  • Strong planning, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.
  • Customer service and retail experience is highly regarded.
  • A passion for engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds, both on the phone and face to face.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as autonomously.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Complete job advertisements, shortlisting, and reference checks.
  • Screening/interviewing potential candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates from various platforms.
  • Admin/management of HRIS system.
  • Management of shared inbox.
  • General recruitment administration duties.
  • Support engagement programs from time to time.
