The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in managing incoming calls, welcoming job seekers, and providing support with appointments, paperwork, and job-seeking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls.
- Greet and assist job seekers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with job seekers.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
- Experience with disabilities, whether personal or professional, is preferred but not essential.
