The Receptionist will play a pivotal role in managing incoming calls, welcoming job seekers, and providing support with appointments, paperwork, and job-seeking processes.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls.
  • Greet and assist job seekers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with job seekers.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

  

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Experience with disabilities, whether personal or professional, is preferred but not essential.
