The Role
Join our team as a friendly and organized receptionist in our Subiaco office. This role would suit someone who is highly motivated, friendly and well presented, with excellent communication, computer skills and a high attention to detail.
They will be efficient when performing their day to day responsibilities and be willing to assist the various divisions with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming calls to the main line
- Book travel including, flights, car hire and accommodation, for all employees as per our travel policy
- Collecting, opening and distributing of all mail
- Directing visitors to appropriate employee, room or office
- Maintaining tidiness of kitchen and other office areas
- Manage the board and meeting rooms including organising catering when required
- General office maintenance including common areas
- Restocking printers and ordering stationery and office supplies
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- General administration duties as requested
- Assisting with general overflow of work around the office including photocopying and filing as directed
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Attentive to the Incoming calls and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Strong customer focus and experience in a similar client facing role
- The ability to prioritise tasks and display initiative
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent computer and software skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
