Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be able to be considered.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef or just getting started, we want to hear from you!
- Experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens
- HACCP/Food Safety knowledge
- Confident in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
To Be Considered, You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain):
✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
✔️ National Police Check (within 6 months)
✔️ Food Safety Certificate
✔️ Full Australian working rights
✔️ Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years
✔️ S11 Certificate
✔️ 4×4 Certificate (desirable)
