PT Retail Sales Assistant – Highpoint

The M.J. Bale PT Retail Sales Assistant position is an integral part of our retail team, contributing to the overall success of our company. This position requires a dedicated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving sales. Key responsibilities and main tasks for this role include:

• Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring the store presents a well-maintained appearance.
• Delivering outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product selection, fitting, and styling advice.
• Actively participating in sales generation by demonstrating product knowledge, promoting current promotions, and achieving personal and store sales targets.
• Supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock takes, and replenishing merchandise on the shop floor.
• Contributing to a positive team environment by effectively communicating with colleagues, providing support as needed, and fostering a culture of teamwork.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding visual merchandising standards, security measures, and health & safety guidelines.
