Exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading, high-end national Property Group known for the quality of their projects, which are diversified across Commercial & Residential.

Youll be working in a talented marketing team with internal creatives and strong collaboration, allowing you to further grow and develop under strong mentorship, while being able to present new creative ideas.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing marketing activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on 2-3 new project launches for early next year including the creation of high-quality brochures, displays, and collateral (with support from in-house design).

This position is ideal for a Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Coordinator wanting to step up into an Executive position, or an Account Manager wanting to go client-side that has done project marketing for a developer.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Driving end-to-end implementation of marketing and media strategies aligned with sales and leasing objectives.
  • Conducting competitor research and analyzing market trends to inform strategies.
  • Managing internal and external creative teams to deliver marketing assets on time and to a high standard.
  • Planning and executing events such as project launches, community initiatives, and sales suite openings.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with sales, leasing, and development teams to align initiatives with business priorities.
  • Ensuring all communications adhere to project strategies and brand guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-3 years experience in property marketing, either in-house or with an agency (property-focused) is required
  • A good understanding of residential, mixed-use, or commercial property marketing – different asset class experience welcome
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and digital media (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
