Property Manager – South East

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of residential properties
• Handle renter inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Execute all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing to tenant screening and onboarding
• Conduct comprehensive property inspections, including detailed routine entry & exit condition reports
• Oversee maintenance requests, coordinating with approved suppliers and ensuring timely resolution
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and potential rent arrears situations
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant real estate legislation and regulations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and suppliers

About You:

• Valid Victorian Cert 4, Agent’s Representative license or full Real Estate Agent’s license
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant legislation
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Valid driver’s license
