We have a new role for a Project Scheduling Lead to help our Infrastructure and Defence projects in Adelaide, who can lead the teams across the full lifecycle of project through excellent interface management and stake holder management.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development of international airports to site based construction of individual buildings, or the largest Water and Utilities infrastructure projects in the country. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.
The main purpose of the Project Scheduling Lead is to maintain the master schedule for the project and to provide schedule advice to the client and senior members of the team
Some of the key specifications we attribute to the purpose include:
- Maintain the Master Schedule
- Provide support to project schedulers as required
- Assist in integration of the schedule into reporting and broader project controls functions
- Accurate and timely completion of tasks as requested/ required from line manager (Director)
- Coordination with various team member and stakeholders to establish schedule inputs across planning, pre-construction, construction and commissioning of major projects and programs
- Working as part of a project team and integrating with technical advisors, clients experts, contractors and sub-contractors
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on schedule achievements/progress and forecasting.
- Schedule Analysis, comparisons, quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA checks
- Schedule risk analysis, EVM, SPI monitoring
- Delay and forensic analysis of schedules
- Ability to present technical schedule information in dashboards and summary reports
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to work in Adelaide.
- 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years working in a Senior Scheduler, Planner or Schedule manager role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent P6 experience
- Infrastructure experience (rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport)
- Experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse or Primavera Risk an advantage
- Power BI experience an advantage
- Experience client or consultancy side as well as contracting also beneficial
- Holds, or has the capacity to gain, an Australian Security Clearance (or have overseas clearance recognised)
- Relevant graduate or post graduate tertiary qualifications
