Project Manager (Residential/light Commercial)

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are working with a well-established and growing construction business who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver residential and light commercial projects across the Waikato and Auckland regions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team delivering quality builds, with strong systems and support in place.
 
The Role
You will take full responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery is on programme, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, while maintaining clear reporting and effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and light commercial construction projects end-to-end
• Develop and maintain programmes using MS Project
• Lead PCG meetings, coordinate consultants, and manage stakeholder communication
• Administer and manage construction contracts and related documentation
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential and/or light commercial construction
• Strong working knowledge of the construction process and project management principles
• Proficient with MS Project, programming, and project reporting
• Experience managing PCG meetings and construction contracts
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project outcomes
