Skills Required
- Understanding of contract mining contract styles
- Strong people leadership with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to develop emerging leaders within the existing workforce
- Proven ability to execute plans and manage projects to budget
- Experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Solid understanding of HSEQ standards, rules, and procedures
