Project Manager 
The Company 
A well-established Commercial Builder who specialises in projects within the Education, Healthcare and Hospitality industry. Two offices located on the Central Coast and Newcastle. All projects are across the Central Coast, Lower Hunter and Newcastle Region, projects valuing up to $15million dollars. 
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the projects budgets and forecast reports
• Managing the construction program
• Coordinating, resource planning and scheduling
• Liaising with clients, internal and external stakeholders
• Procurement of sub-contract agreements
• Managing and overseeing site staff
• End to end project management responsibilities
• Oversee and be accountable for safety of site

Ideally you will possess:

• Experience working on or exposure to Education, Healthcare or Hospitality Projects valuing up to $10mil-$15mil
• Decision making abilities and strong problem solving qualities
• Knowledge of build construction market
• Experience completing projects from start to handover successfully
• Excellent organization and leadership skills

Beneficial for you to have:

• Ability to work to deadlines
• A strong background in project management working on projects valuing up to $15mil
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a small team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Construction management degree
• Strong OH&S awareness
• Excellent MS Office suite and Procore experience
