Your new role
As the Project Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio consisting of one major program of work alongside 3 smaller, in-flight projects requiring strong execution and delivery focus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a large-scale, multi-site network upgrade project
- Delivering three smaller ICT projects currently in progress (i.e. rollout, intranet upgrade, etc.)
- Producing and maintaining high-quality project documentation (no dedicated PMO/PO support)
- Managing stakeholders across technical and operational teams
- Driving projects through to completion within agreed timelines
This is a hands-on role, requiring you to roll up your sleeves and take ownership across both delivery and documentation.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering ICT or ICT infrastructure projects
- Strong documentation skills and ability to work without dedicated support resources
- Experience managing network or infrastructure upgrades (highly desirable)
- Ability to operate in a smaller team environment with autonomy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
