RCR Mining Technologies (RCRMT) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Bunbury OEM Project Delivery team. This is a key role responsible for delivering OEM manufacturing projects safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial outcomes.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of OEM manufacturing projects, ensuring they meet contractual, safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives. Youll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and achieve targeted margins.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate internal and external resources including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and regular project updates
- Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and quality outcomes
- Identify and manage project risks, variations, and scope changes
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records
- Support contract administration, invoicing, and milestone claims
- Contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned and improved project processes
- Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with RCRMT HSE policies and procedures
About You
Youre a confident and organised Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across manufacturing and engineering environments.
You will have:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in mining, manufacturing, or construction
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between $1M $20M
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Demonstrated stakeholder and client management experience
- Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
Desirable experience includes:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
- MS Project and/or Primavera P6 scheduling tools
