Title: Project Manager, TRP Contract – Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include: 

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within the approved scope, timeframes, and resources.
  • Ensure projects adhere to the adopted project management framework, including regular status reporting and maintaining risk and issue logs.
  • Liaise with and provide guidance to all stakeholders (staff, agencies, consultants, user groups, etc.) on project-specific matters.
  • Coordinate release cutover activities, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined, scheduled, and assigned to appropriate team members.
  • Adhere to ITIL best practices and processes in line with the Council’s IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements.
  • Document, track, and update project deliverables, including test results and solution recommendations.

About you:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in our ERP program team. You’ll bring both experience and passion in the field of project management, coupled with a proactive mindset towards achieving high-quality business solution outcomes to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
