The Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia provides facilities management services for over Government-owned sites across 25 Government Agencies. Ventia will partner with local small to medium businesses to help deliver these services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

About the Role

Seeking an experienced admin to join our team! Working within the Work Order Integrity team to review, root cause and rectify Breakdown Maintenance (BM) Work Orders through multiple tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other analytical tools and MS Office Applications. Reporting to the Work Order Integrity Manager you will drive continuous improvement across multiple fronts with the autonomy to apply and support improvements as required to achieve the required KPIs.

• Investigate failed breakdown work orders (WO)
• Coordinate close out of breakdown work orders (WO) with subcontracting companies
• Coordinate close out of planned maintenance work orders (WO) with subcontracting companies
• Work closely with Planning, Subcontractor Management, Helpdesk and Operational teams to deliver the planned maintenance and breakdown maintenance orders on time
• Update daily tracking SharePoints to show current state of allocated WOs

Skills & Experience

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Data analytical capability across a range of platforms including SAP and Excel
• SAP knowledge and capabilities is required
• Problem solving and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to analyse, synthesise and select the appropriate solution from a range of competing solutions
