the role

we are seeking an organised project administrator who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, based at our tullamarine office. reporting to the program manager, you will provide professional coordination, administrative and documentation support to the project as required. including;

  • coordinating procurement of services and goods
  • claim/invoicing support
  • facilitating weekly timesheet processes
  • administrative support and office operations
  • assisting with generating monthly reporting

about you

  • you are skilled at being the glue between our managers, supervisors, lineworkers & client, remaining actively involved in day-to-day tasks and long-term goals
  • you are a self-starer capable of thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • you are an advanced critical thinker & a problem solver with a positive can do attitude
  • you proactively seek to continuously improve deliverables and work efficiencies
  • you have prior experience in a project administrator or related role within electrical supply industry or an engineering or construction management environment
  • you are a pro with the ms office suite of apps and have used sap
  • bonus points if you have prior experience with pegasus & vesi/esi training
  • you like to have a laugh!
