Project Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Project Administrator to join their team.
Working hours: Full time 38 Hours (Monday – Friday)
Start Date: 16th December to 8th August
Pay Rate: $ p/h Super
The Role
The scope of the role is to provide project-based assistance and support to the relevant project teams, ensuring client requirements are met and aiding the project team in achieving project objectives. Office based role located in Canning Vale.
Responsibilities will include:
- Minutes taking, distributing minutes as required
- Ordering PPE and issuing other purchase orders
- Getting quotes, making payments and processing credit card claims
- Coordinate travel requests
- Data entry & Maintain databases
- Booking meeting rooms, venues, organising catering services
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Working collaboratively with other administrators and with all other project teams
Experience Required
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of deadlines, documentation, and schedules
- Ability to coordinate with different teams to resolve problems efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Quick to learn new tools and systems and adapt to different project requirements
