Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our Mackay Operations Team on a permanent basis.
This is a local role which will see you working Monday Friday from our Mackay office.
It is a multi-functional admin role which will see you carrying out a wide range of tasks from payroll, accounts payable/receivable to procurement and fleet/asset management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing weekly Invoicing & Client Claims.
- Procurement – Raising & Managing Purchase Orders.
- Cost tracking and variance analysis
- Credit card reconciliation
- Assist with site compliance & onboarding employees to site
- Managing and maintaining personnel roster and schedule training / induction requirements.
- Preparation of daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for up to 40 employees.
- Provide high quality administrative support to the site manager and operations project team.
- Travel bookings as required.
- General office support duties

What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years experience in a site-based administration role.
- Site/Project based administrative experience highly regarded
- Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Work cooperatively with others to accomplish project/site goals.
- Full Drivers Licence (manual preferred by not essential).
- A positive attitude and dedication to ongoing professional development
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
