what youll do
as a product manager – servicenow hrsd, you will be responsible for owning the delivery of the hrsd technical roadmap and technology strategy for servicenow hrsd enterprise module overseeing integrations between hrsd and other systems ensuring real-time or batch data synchronization as needed
the role responsibilities include\:
- define the technical approach to meet functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- identify and prioritize technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and maintainability of the product.
- collaborate with the servicenow development team for delivery and work closely with the core servicenow platform team to ensure efficient and effective configuration and customization of the platform.
- manage the technical product continual improvement – maintenance and upgrades.
- prioritize the product backlog using a data-driven approach and agile methodologies.
- ensure the platform complies with privacy regulations and internal data governance and security policies.
what youll have
- degree in information technology, computer science, hr technology, or a related field.
- servicenow certifications (e.g., csa, cad, certified implementation specialist hrsd).
- background in agile/scrum methodologies for product development and delivery.
- experience in hr technology, with technical knowledge of servicenow architecture, data models and integrations and significant experience managing servicenow hrsd as technical product owner, technical lead, or functional hrsd architect.
- proven ability to align technology teams with business and product goals and manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex hr technology projects on time and within budget.
- experience directing offshore development teams and third-party implementation partners and working with multi-country business units to design solutions that incorporate differences in regulations and business practices across geographies.
- hands on experience on implementing various centres of excellence, lifecycle events, employee onboarding/offboarding, hr profiles, etc.
- expertise in servicenow hrsd modules\: case and knowledge management, employee service center, lifecycle events, and journeys.
- strong understanding of hr processes and service management best practices.
- knowledge of integration protocols (apis, middleware) between servicenow and other systems such as oracle, salesforce etc.
- excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
