Procurement Coordinator

We currently have an opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in supporting the efficient, compliant, and highquality delivery of essential procurement services. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you’ll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services.

Please note this role is 12 month fixed term contract.

What Youll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, SDPs, and client representatives, ensuring high customer service and responsiveness.
  • Oversee and complete the SDP sign-up process, ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with contractual requirements.
  • Evaluate and compare SDP pricing proposals against market benchmarks to ensure competitive and cost-effective rates.
  • Run and manage the weekly License Management Report, ensuring all SDPs and staff maintain up-to-date certifications.
  • Maintain the procurement database, ensuring timely and accurate updates related tosubcontractor information, licenses & permits, employee details & clearances, diversity metrics, and capacity & resource availability.

What Youll Bring 

  • High School certificate or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Extensive experience in purchasing or supply chain related roles.
  • Strong administration experience, able to manage documentation, workflows, and procurement processes efficiently.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, service providers, and key business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract administration, and relevant operational systems.
