PERSOLKELLY have recently been appointed as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission and will be working to provide a 10,000 strong workforce, to deliver the next state election in .
We are currently looking for the below roles to assist with the State Elections next year:-
 
Location: Processing Centre (Perth CBD)
Hours: Must be able to work weekdays and Saturday 8th March
Length: Ranging from 1 day to 1 month
 
1. Senior Facility Assistant
    The Senior Facility Assistant will be working with the Facility Coordinator and supporting the set-up and pack-up of all equipment, assisting with deliveries and providing general support. When required the Senior Facility Assistant will also be performing chief fire warden and first aid duties (training will be provided), supervising a small team of facility staff and liaising with security and cleaning contractors. 
    Date 3rd January 17th April (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time – Monday – Friday 7.30 am 4.00 pm.
    Level 4
 
2. Facility Assistants
    The Facility Assistant will be working with the Facility Coordinator and supporting the set-up and pack-up of all equipment and providing general support. 
    Date 28th February 17th April (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time 7.30 am 4.00 pm. 
    Level 1.1
 
3. Reception and Accreditation (AM)
    Assist the Facilities Coordinator with day-to-day responsibilities including welcoming and directing all personnel as they enter the building, checking all personnel entering the building are authorised to do so, maintaining two-way radio communication with key personnel, inducting visitors and keeping records. 
    Date 3rd January until 17th April (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time – 7.30 am 4.00 pm
    Level 1.1
 
4. Reception and Accreditation (PM)
    Assist the Facilities Coordinator with day-to-day responsibilities including welcoming and directing all personnel as they enter the building, checking all personnel entering the building are authorised to do so, maintaining two-way radio communication with key personnel, inducting visitors and keeping records. 
    Date 17th February -11th April (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time – 4.00 pm pm
    Level 1.1
