We are currently looking for the below roles to assist with the State Elections next year:-
 
Location: Processing Centre (Perth CBD)
Hours: Must be able to work weekdays and Saturday 8th March
Length: Ranging from 1 day to 1 month
 1. Table Supervisors Receivals
     Supervise tables of manual operators in the extraction of election packages from reply paid envelopes, and assembling batches for further processing.
     Date 24th February 13th March (15 days) (required to work Saturday 8th March )
     Time – Monday Friday  8.00 am 4.00 pm.

     Level – 2.2

2. Manual Operators Receivals
    To remove election packages from outer envelopes, checking for signatures and counting into batches of 25 for declaration votes. 
    Date 24th February – 13th March (15 days) (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time – Monday – Friday 8.00 am 4.00 pm.

3. Data Entry Supervisors Declaration Processing
    To process rejection and replacement declarations and support Data Entry Officers and work through any issues
    Date 24th February 13th March (15 days) (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time Monday Friday  8.00 am 4.00 pm.

4. Data Entry Operators Declaration Processing
    To verify elector details and mark them off the roll using the Election Management System.
    Date 24th February 13th March (15 days) (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time – Monday – Friday 8.00 am 4.00 pm.

5. Table Supervisor Declaration/Ballot Paper Removals (AM)
    To lead a team to remove the declarations and ballot papers from the ballot paper envelopes. 
    Date 5th March 13th March (10 days) (required to work Saturday 8th March )
    Time Monday Friday  8.00 am 4.00 pm.

6. Table Supervisor Declaration/Ballot Paper Removals (PM)
    To lead a team to remove the declarations and ballot papers from the ballot paper envelopes.
