Fetch are currently seeking an experienced Process Manager for a key WA Client
The role sees you leading the Processing department optimising and auditing the plant metallurgical performance to maximise recovery and minimise down time.
About the role:
- Lead feasibility studies for resource development and 3rd party ores
- Manage metallurgical projects from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with work being completed within the relevant laws and regulations
- Lead Ops on the Processing Plant
- Ensure targets and requirements across maintenance and production are met safely and in a timely manner
Experience Required:
- 4 years’ in a similar role as a Processing/Production Manager
- Metallurgy/Process/Chemical Engineering Tertiary Qualification
- Extensive knowledge in base metals/critical minerals
- Proven performance in Senior Leadership positions
- Effective communication skills to collaboratively work and engage with key stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
