Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of our resort, overseeing daily operations across key areas including Food & Beverage, Golf, and Wellness. You’ll craft and implement strategic initiatives that maximize growth and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of service. Your leadership will foster a positive workplace culture, enabling our team to thrive and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests, villa owners and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Drive profitability through effective budget management and strategic decision-making. Analyze P&L monthly to ensure we meet and exceed financial goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations by adhering to Minor Hotels’ standards and optimizing all aspects of property management.
  • Customer Experience: Champion our commitment to customer service excellence, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop our staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Body Corporate, owners, and community partners to ensure collaborative success.

Success Metrics:

You will be accountable for achieving key performance indicators, including:

  • Total Revenue and Profit vs. Budget
  • Guest Satisfaction Scores (NPS and GRI)
  • Employee Engagement Levels
  • Health and Safety Compliance
