About the Role
The purpose of the position is to provide appropriate support to employers & participants to maintain existing employment placements and develop future employment opportunities, along with sourcing documentary evidence as a result of successful employer engagement to ensure claims can be processed efficiently and effectively.

Some specific responsibilities will include:
· Provide intensive support to both employer and employee post placement;
· Build meaningful relationships with employer and employee;
· Submit contractual automated claims to the Department in line with contractual requirements.
· Provide advice and/or assistance to site managers and operational staff for claims and outcome related activities as required, problem solving issues to solution.
· Identify and monitor claims compliance issues and trends and report to manager.
· Data Entry
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
