Plant Mechanic

Northwest Mining are currently seeking experienced Plant Mechanics to join our maintenance and service crew. With a variety of rosters available across a number of different client sites, these roles have the ability to cater for everyones needs. You will be part of a team that strives for the best in fleet maintenance and management.

In this role, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of large-scale mobile mining equipment including excavators, Dump Trucks, Dozers, Drills other ancillary equipment as directed
• Source technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM and computer-based systems
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
• Conduct required inspection to maximise equipment utilisation

Skills and Experience 

• Certificate of Proficiency Mobile Plant Technology
• Current Drivers License
• Experience in a similar role
