The role
As a People Systems Administrator, your primary focus will be on delivering exemplary customer service and specialist advice, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department. You’ll manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality, meet customer expectations, and optimize business outcomes, all while working closely with your team and various stakeholders.

You will be responsible for supporting the daily operation and administration of the department’s people systems, including SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, and PageUp. As a subject matter expert, youll address operational and technical support challenges, ensuring all queries are resolved within agreed timeframes. Additionally, youll work on projects to continuously improve these systems, monitor integrations, and ensure compliance with current legislation. Your role will also involve creating and updating system processes, procedures, and support documentation, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and decision-making across the department.
