The People and Talent Team are excited to welcome you as our People Operations & Advisory Lead. Accepting applications across our office locations of Adelaide, Canberra, Williamtown & our soon to be opened Brisbane office.
You will be responsible for driving HR operational and advisory excellence through technologies and delivery of professional HR practices that enable leader and team success across the Aurizn group of 250 people and growing.
This key position leads the of the People & Talent team operating model on a national scale, playing a central role in ensuring a seamless people experience, and contributing to further business maturity and success.

What we are looking for:
- HR degree qualified with demonstrated continuing professional development
- HR Advisory competencies built through application of contemporary generalist experience over 3 or more years and ideally some experience as a people partner
- Keen interest in implementing AI into the People and Talent function, partnering with our experts in the business to innovate and demonstrate how People and Talent apply Aurizn’s technology capabilities
- A self-driven and proactive professional, who keeps up to date with emerging HR practices
Due to a requirement to be eligible for Baseline Defence Clearance, Australian Citizenship is required. Applications close 21st February , but strong early applicants may hear from us sooner.
