Kudos achieves this in two ways: firstly, through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) partnership for South Australia for 09-year olds, delivering ECEI assessment and support that helps to early developmental delays. Secondly, for those aged 9, up to and including adults requiring further support, Kudos is a registered provider of therapy services under the NDIS.
About the Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, Kudos is seeking an experienced P&C Coordinator to support the P&C Manager in delivering effective HR operations, ensuring compliance, and optimising HR processes for the wider Kudos team.
The P&C Coordinator will provide coordination and administrative support across a range of key people and culture functions and services including recruitment, , employee contracts, onboarding and induction, managing employee records, maintaining HR policies and procedures, and supporting training and development requests and bookings.
The P&C Coordinator will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisations new HRIS software ELMO, ensuring accurate records management, streamlining of HR processes, and full optimisation of the systems capabilities.
What you look like and need to demonstrate to be successful.
- Demonstrated experience, performance, and capability in a HR/P&C position with similar responsibilities to this role.
- Experience working in a dynamic and agile work environment.
- Passion and desire to provide a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Previous experience administering and managing a HRIS (ELMO experience highly advantageous but not essential).
- High quality written communication, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management, prioritisation, and decision-making ability.
- Experience dealing effectively and appropriately with highly sensitive and confidential information and situations.
- Proven success effectively supporting a range of tasks, activities, and projects within the skillset of this role.
- A positive attitude towards changing systems and methods, developing, and improving work practices through continual improvement.
- The ability to self-manage and work independently and confidently with routine tasks and direction.
