A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People and Culture Administrator to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure team based in Noble Park. This is a 12 month fixed term position providing coverage for our P&C Administrator who is going on parental leave. This busy role is responsible for all aspects of people and culture administration and will see you working alongside the local team to deliver strong P&C support to the region.  A strong customer service orientation, great communication skills and the ability to adapt and be flexible are critical.

What’s on Offer?

Reporting the Regional People & Culture Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the P&C team by providing accurate and timely administrative support. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our people processes and support to the wider, regional business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintenance and management of the HRIS system (Workday) to ensure quality and accuracy of employee data
  • Preparing documentation and supporting processes that span the employee life cycle (contract generation, variations, personal documentation, employee terminations etc)
  • Supporting and coordinating the onboarding experience for new employees
  • Collating P&C data and creating people reports
  • Assisting the talent team with the recruitment & selection process
  • Management of general P&C queries and provision of support to key stakeholders across the region
  • Supporting the P&C and L&D team with day-to-day tasks and administration, as well as with the execution of strategic projects, initiatives and events
  • Assisting with cyclic P&C events such as performance and merit reviews, succession planning and engagement surveys
  • Management of the tenure benefits program, coordination of local P&C events and volunteer programs

How you’ll connect to the role?

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment
  • High level of enthusiasm and drive
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end execution of P&C related tasks
  • Strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
