The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnership and Development Manager to join our team at the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR). This pivotal new role supports the Director in delivering the Institutes strategy and operations and is primarily responsible for leading business development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will manage a range of strategic and operational activities to develop an expanded and diversified portfolio of partnerships within the sector. You will drive new opportunities, penetrate new markets, and foster relationships with the corporate sector, government bodies, and other agencies to secure competitive research grants and project contracts.
In this dynamic role, youll shape your own path by developing strategies for research growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, overseeing project delivery, and driving successful business development.
About You
The role requires postgraduate qualifications or extensive business development experience, proven success in securing grants and managing contracts, strong communication and project management skills, and an understanding of the higher education sector and research.
