St Flannans Outside School Hours Care, located in Zillmere, is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team! We are currently recruiting for a variety of roles, including Educators and an Educational Leader (for experienced candidates with a diploma-level qualification, or equivalent).
At St Flannans Outside School Hours Care, we provide a safe, engaging environment for primary school-aged children. Our services include before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 60 children. Roles Available:
- Educators (for passionate individuals wanting to make a difference in children’s lives)
- Educational Leader (for experienced candidates looking to take the next step in their OSHC career, leading the development of engaging educational programs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program for children.
- Support childrens development and well-being in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
- Encourage learning through fun and interactive experiences.
- Participate in professional development and growth opportunities.
- Represent and promote the service in the local community in alignment with Catholic Early EdCares values and philosophy.
Key Requirements:
- For Educational Leaders: Must hold or be working towards a Diploma-level qualification recognised by ACECQA (or equivalent). Prior OSHC experience or a strong interest in taking on additional responsibilities related to programming and curriculum development.
- Educators and Childrens Services Employees: Experience and holding or working towards a Cert III qualification recognised by ACECQA (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for working with children are key!
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates is desirable.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
